This Sunday was my first Father's day as a dad, and let me tell you, it was a Great time. Cooked for 40+ of my family and closest friends. Everything turned out AWESOME! I ended up getting 2 paying gigs out of it! This was by far the biggest cook I have done to date, and it was alot of work, but it was worth every minute. I woke up Saturday morning at 07:00 and FINALLY got to sleep at 23:00 Sunday night Shocked Pulled an all nighter with the butts and the cooking continued until 16:00 Sunday night. Didn't get too many pics as the SO was out of town, but here's what I got.

ABT assembly line (150 ABT's were harmed in the filming of this cook) Laughing

This is what was left by the time I could get pics, and these were gone soon after!

My cook area

12 racks of spares

The spread

One thoroughly ehxausted, but happy cook

Sorry not butt pics Embarassed I was tending to the ribs and ABT's while my Dad and brothers pulled the pork. All 4 wiggle bones pulled clean and our dog had a great time with them Very Happy

Thank you all my fellow 'Ringers for the wonderful words. Like I said, it was alot of work, but it looks like I may have gained a few students willing to help/learn. Next time, I may be able to get in a few winks while they sit up and babysit Laughing
