i made wings for the first time ever today...

Brinded (little to much salt)
smoked
grilled
sauced...

they are amazing... much better then the stuff out in public. my wife put back stuff on her plate and ate more meat. which is odd for her.

happy D.A.D.S day (Dads Against Dumb Stuff) i will be part of the group one day. Cool

Imagine that. Wink
Not only do they look good bet they taste even better. Very Happy
It always bugs me when the wife and i go out to eat and i order off the menu "wings" as an appetizer if they got them.... and they are tough, just "done" and not very taste either.
Come-on-now... how hard is it really to made good wings?
We can do it at home. Just like BBQ though, the best i get is at home. The wife gets tired of me complaining but dang it i`m paying for the food it should be good. Kinda spoils the Friday night "date night" thing when i can make better food than i can buy.

"Brinded (little to much salt)"
Just cut back on the brine time. I used to brine chicken wings but i have found that if i smoke at a higher heat 300-350 they turn out great too.
