My check is in the Mail, Buddy said there were only 8 spots left when I talked to him yesterday so I sent mine in 'next day' just in case.

yeha this board is more texans and okies...atleast on the comp side of things...
I cant wait to get there and get setup and start cooking...today is a little warm in the peach state but I am thinking that it will be nice and cool next weekend... |

well I just got my packet today, but it is at the lions club fairgrounds it looks like...off of 278...some teams will show up on thursday and the rest on friday. I dont know how the lions club is working it but it is probably an admission sort of thing...friday is a good time to check things out, but dont bother coming around saturday until 2 or so as most of the teams will be far to busy to talk or hang out..if you want though New South BBQ is our team name and we will have a banner hanging outside the tent...come by and say hello... |

Just a bump for the few folks that might be interested...
Some really good teams are going to be there this weekend...Oh course we will be there to bring down the averages...should be a good time and if anyone wants to stop by and say hello we should be getting there friday AM...
We should have our UGA tent and New South BBQ banner up so you dont go around talking to strangers.... 
Oh and I would imagine that we will be parked new to who ever is going to win...we seem to have the effect...So ask for the spot next to me if you want a few trophies to take home.. |

I will try and remember to get some pics...I know that there are going to be a lot of stumps cookers there...some eggs, JOS, atleast my WSM, and probably a couple of langs and tuckers...
a nice mix of all types of cookers... |
