I decided to go with Tabasco, Worcestershire, and Paprika in the cream cheese.

They turned out great but the range of the spice was huge. We thought that the big ones were hotter the then small ones but who knows. I thought it was all about the seeds and membrane.

How could something like that be bad? Seriously. It's against the laws of the universe. _________________ There are two kinds of people in the world, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig! |

SnoValley, your ABT's look fantastic awesome job. When we cook them there is always some of them that will light you up and others that are mild. They are all cleaned the same way, I just believe it is the pepper itself. Part of the fun in eating them is will the next one be hotter than the last? Nicely done my man. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

I only see one problem with them, you didn't do enough of them for me to have some. Look great. Tom _________________ Klose Mobile

They look great! Interesting spice combo. I think the capsaicin gamble is part of the fun of eating them. _________________ Char-Griller Smokin Pro
