I was driving along and saw this out with the garbage. I stopped and the guy wanted $10 for it. So, now it's mine. Needs some cleaning, but yay!!!

That guy had a lot of nerve charging anything for something he had in the garbage. Around here, anything you put out to the curb is fair game.

I wouldn't feel right charging this guy for the dead TV he took after I put it out in the trash about a year ago...

I agree when it hits the curb it's fair game around here. Don't get me wrong still a great deal but it's not like he had a for sale sign on it.

This post reminds me of when I put a washing machine and a double bowl stainless sink on the curb a few years ago. Washer had a sign on it saying that it worked (it did, I had just scored a new one). Sat there for dang near a week. One night I put a big ol price tag on the washer, 50 bucks I think. They were both gone the next day! By the way, great score rw02kr43!
