Check out my pix of our first day with the UDS. Probably Beer Can Chicken tomorrow or maybe today's leftovers.

I also compiled data on temps throughout the cook. Put it all in an Excel Chart. "My name is Richard and I have a problem with Excel." I'll try to make it available to you tomorrow. I'm ready to look at the back of my eyelids. |

Hello, My name is Richard and I have a problem with Excel. I recorded temps & Times when the spirit moved me and incorporated it into a little graph. The last spike was no concern as it was when I took the lid off for maybe a minute and a half to check internal temps. I'm hoping that smoking will deliver me from the nerdiness of Excel, but if I insist on combing the two, I guess there's no help for me.

All these folks gettin addicted to smokin', what is the world coming to?
That butt looks like it made some mighty fine eatin.
When I first saw the little one with the rabbit cage, I was thinking, Oooh, next weeks menu. But on second thought, you might want to leave the bunnies alone. A wife that has construction skills and a garden, you might just wind up as fertilizer _________________ Propane is for frying, not Que!

do you live near me? you seem to know way too mucy about me and my living arrangements. Thanks for the kind words and sage advice. The wife thought you were right on target, too. you might want to forward a number if anything ever happens to me. |
