Dinner was Chicken and Ribs.

Chicken was skined ,deboned ,and then I put the Skin back on the chicken after scraping all the fat off the skin! It is gross how much fat is on the chicken skin alone! ...

Next i brazed the chicken in butter for 30 min @250f.
took it out of the pan ,and smoked it.

You will notice how small the chickens look ,but dang they were good....

Ribs just used a 2,2,1 with them.

pictures will be added in a sec.

looks great! Why did u scrape the fat? I know it wasnt for health reasons because u basted in butter (which is awesome). Just figured that rendered fat could have made it all the tastier.

The ribs look awesome, I'll have to
try some pineapple on them sometime.
The chicken looks absolutely delicious, too.
I, too, love looooots of sauce.
Very nicely done Very Happy
