Trying to come up with a mobile all self contained sink set-up to wheel in and out of a trailer for vending, in Minnesota do the sinks need to be NSF or can I buy two double kitchen sinks and use one for hand wash and the other three for wash rinse and sanitize with the water heater fresh water and gray water and pump under neath it.

share the love buddy, I actually only need a 3 whole sink but it needs to fit within 30 inches wide. I know, weird, but that is all of the opening I have available. I have a two hole sink with a chafer deep half pan as my "third" sink setup right now. I've already passed inspection and what not but I'd rather be on the up and up.

I think the poster just felt like this was a secret handshake or something. A PM initially would have avoided any confusion. Smile

I would look at something like this then fine some sinks,a pump, and a couple of plastic water jugs install them in the bottom and for around 200.00 you have what they sell for 800.00.
