It was very moist. Good flavor but perhaps I should have not added the pepper to the the rub right before it went on.

I am never sure of whether I am overdoing it with the pictures. Thinking maybe I am. I do want to learn to take better food pictures.

Nice looking brisket - love to see them looking moist when they're sliced. And I'm with ya on the better food pics thing. It would sure help if I didn't have 8 people hovering over my shoulder waiting not-so-patiently to get to the meat! _________________ ========================

Haha! Yeah eager diners can be a problem when taking pictures. More importantly it might help if I RTFM (Read The F'n Manual) I just downloaded it BTW!  _________________ Joe D.
