It was very moist. Good flavor but perhaps I should have not added the pepper to the the rub right before it went on. Surprised Confused

Nice looking brisket - love to see them looking moist when they're sliced. And I'm with ya on the better food pics thing. It would sure help if I didn't have 8 people hovering over my shoulder waiting not-so-patiently to get to the meat!
