There was a bbq joint around here called Memphis Blues (not sure if its a nationwide chain) and they had pulled pork nachos. Chips, pork, salsa, jalapenos, cheese, sour cream and ranch. Man they were the poop!!! They closed down about 2 years ago unfortunately, but we'd go there once a month and always start out with the nachos _________________ Μολὼν λαβέ

We have found this to be a great use for leftover pulled pork.
I also love the joke!
My new twist for pulled pork is a pulled pork sundae.
Don't have a picture but you start with a 10-12oz clear plastic glass.
Add 1.5 Tbsp Apple Baked Beans
Add 1oz layer of pulled pork.
Another spoon of beans
More PP
Top with your favorite sauce and and ABT on top! _________________ Joe D.

Italians would call that a "Strata" and the French would say "Parfait" _________________ BBQ is like sex...

get a scoop of mashed taters and a drizzle of gravy over the top to make it look like a sundae in a parfait glass.
i have made pulled pork nachos for my kids and they flipped. BBQ spaghetti is a hit too, its pulled pork, a spicy bbq sauce and spaghetti noodles, sometimes a little melted cheddar over the top. |
