This is a festival I have done for 4 years and it never has lived up to it's potential. Well it has now. What a weekend. Sold out on Sat. Had to go get total resupplied and then turned around and sold out on Sunday. Thank goodness for the hot cabinet. Thank you Harry for your advice about cutting back on menu. Cut out chicken, and beef. Ribs, pulled pork sammies and pp plates is all we sold.

For us that are getting ready for our season.how many lbs of each product did you sell,so we all can plan for our events.and about how many people and maybe how many sold.If each of us would share these numbers maybe we all can use these numbers to plan our events.
Also good to here you had a good event! Any photos?

I don't know how big the crowd was but I know we had a lot of repeat customers. I haven't completed the numbers but we sold about 4 full pans of baked beans, 250 lbs of butts, and 4 cases of ribs. This was not a big festival but had a lot of eaters.
