Good friends of my wife's asked me if I would be willing to cook for them as they enjoy eating smoked BBQ and can't do it, so I said sure, I was gonna make a brisket and send them home with half of it so I got the smoker rolling and started my Brisket around 10 am. They stopped by around 3pm with what looked to be an entire Jewel Osco store Shocked 4 slabs of ribs, 10 pounds of country ribs and some salmon fillets, home made salad with chunks of mozzarella cheese and tomatoes, a giant cookie, bags of munchies, 1 gallon of BBQ and beer. Well I smoked until about 10PM that night, lost count of the number of beers I had, but filled there fridge, and mine with some tasty left over. I love having a smoker Cool too bad my camera wasn't found till yesterday (darn kids) or I would post some pics. everthing tured out awsome for once. smoke on my brothers!!
