Evening all. Whenever I do full slabs I trim them down to ST.L style and I have a bunch of leftovers. As these are rubed and smoked I freeze 'em for latter. Pop em in a casserole dish with 1/2-1 cup of apple juice, cover in tinfoil and bake @ 350 fer 1-1 1/2 hr. Good eats

Left overs gettin' happy. (old pic, but ya get the idea.)


Out a the oven. Save the juice, skim the fat and add the rest to the pork. That stuff is amazing.


Shredded and ready.


Sprinkle a bit of this on the meat before the juice.


Extra slaw on the side of coarse. Darn tasty.


The real deal may be more tender, but if yer in a jam fer dinner, it ain't so bad. Thanks fer looking.

You need to change 'Cheatin' to "Mo better'! That looks great.

I only have one question, and it's asked here quite frequently, what are these 'leftovers' of which you speak? I could put a whole heard of ribs out and the only thing left are fingerprints...
