not sure what this has to do with nsf smokers because a lot of them are not
listed here. It says Powered Hot Food Holding and Transport Equipment

well i scrolled down to the bottom and i can think of at leas 6 smoker
builders that are not listed that make nsf smokers and each of the
builders have several differant models.
