Not sure what I'm gonna build here, but I bet a BBQ pit on wheels is one thing.

It will probably be a while before I get started, but I wanted to share these pictures.

Here is future materials.

Boat trailer with a single axle.

Boat trailer tandem axle

Old propane tank

I have a 3 footer, 7 footer, and a 12 footer. All 24 inch diameter with 1/2 inch wall.

Wow Toolboxtavern it looks like you are off to a great start getting everything ready to start building. What kind of smoker are you going to build? i will be looking forward to seeing progress on your build.

I am not sure yet. Reverse Smoker sounds nice.

It will be a while before I start with these materials. I have to many other projects, honey do's and request to try and finish before not to mention I work out of town, but it will be done.

That is what i built and have only a few cooks on it so far but it has worked great for me the few times that i have used it. I understand the factors of time to work on a project i had my tank cut for almost 18 months before i started building my smoker. I used three weeks of vacation and worked on it all day durring that time and worked on it a few hours a day and i am still needing to get it blasted and painted. But i can enjoy the food that it makes me now.

I expect mine to carry on or drag out like that, but it will be worth it in the long run.
