SoEzzy...I think that's fancy speak for "indirect heat"...or at least that's how I interpreted it.

That thing is a Monster.
I'll bet you are really 'chomping the bit' to do a big cook.
Of course, we'll ALL be watching for some photos of finished product.

pyronoel - Their shop is about 70 miles from me...and they deliver up to 50 miles for free...so we're meeting in a town between here and there. I will have to fight the urge to break it in as soon as they unhook and pull out from under it!!!
