There's no turning back now...just put down my deposit on a 48"x60" Cadillac Cooker as seen here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/48X60-Rotisserie-BBQ-Smoker-w-Warmer-Box-and-Trailer-/160419031683?cmd=ViewItem&pt=BI_Commercial_Ovens_Ranges&hash=item2559b82a83

By the end of next week, I'll be ready to rock'n'roll! I may not sleep til then Smile

14" Diameter by 60" Long Firebox (offset firebox to prevent burning)

That part worries me, a fire box designed to prevent burning??????

SoEzzy...I think that's fancy speak for "indirect heat"...or at least that's how I interpreted it.

Wow! Shocked
That thing is a Monster. Shocked
I'll bet you are really 'chomping the bit' to do a big cook.

Of course, we'll ALL be watching for some photos of finished product.

Best of luck to ya.

Nice! And not too far away from me. Let me know if you need me to pick it up and break it in for you, and store it long term for you. I would be happy to do it for free.

pyronoel - Their shop is about 70 miles from me...and they deliver up to 50 miles for free...so we're meeting in a town between here and there. I will have to fight the urge to break it in as soon as they unhook and pull out from under it!!!
