This time i thinking of building a hybridsmoker. Ive got a 200 gallon tank that i started on. (Like always the missus is very impressed on my projects.) This is my fourth smoker iam building now. Found the drawings for a hybridsmoker here. Put some picture of my uds here too

Its an pressuretank that was installed in a heatingsystem. The measurment is 60x30 inches and the thicknes is 6 gauge. Ive been waiting for a long time to get a tank like this.

Now i got the wheels and steering on it and mounted the lower part the small smoker.

The deck is a later project this summer (she hopes). I build deck for my smokers last year. She is happy if dont put my stuff on (her) deck. She wants to have flowers there she dont think that smokers are nice. When i made the uds i just used the lid and the lover part she use as a flower pot. So my hobbie is not so bad for here Smile When i cook she gets the nice part of the meat and when i build smokers she gets the leftovers Smile .

I had to change the round smoking chamber to a new beacuse the tension in the round one was to much, When i cut the door it just said BOING and i coldent get it to close. Thats the charm when you build if it not work just cut and redo. Here is some new picture
