One can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
2-3 table spoons EVOO
5-6 garlic cloves minced
1.5 cups FRESH basil cut in strips

I never actually measure anything out and quantities above are approximate.

Mix everything together and marinade for 2-3 hours or longer for a stronger flavor.

Also goes good with chicken and fish.

Cheers

About 1/4 cup DALES steak seasoning
About 2-3 TBS Lime Juice
About 1/4 cup EVOO
About 1 TBS Garlic powder
About 1 TBS Onion powder
About 1 TBS Crushed Rosemary

Shake it up good in a shaker cup (I use a clean Margarine container) and marinate an hour or so...longer = stronger. The lime juice goes great with Pork, I use it almost all the time.

I dont marinade my pork loins. I brine them so they will be nice and moist. After brining over night I pat it dry and use a rub. Than about 30 minutes to an hour before going on the pit, I put a Raspberry Chipotle glaze on it. This make a nice juicey tenderlon to die for.
