I have seen this posted before but never tried it. Thought I would give it a go!!
Ready to foil @ 165*
Let internal temp reach 205*, more foil & into a cooler for an hour or so...
Gettin pulled...
Made some Au Jus & melted some provolone over it...
Dinner...all cooked on my Bubba Keg!

Oh yeah, nothin' better than a perfect chuckie. Never done the cheese thing, but I may have to try that on the next go around.
