It was nice to have Corn on the cob..Long between seasons!
The pasta and the grilled stuffed smoked chicken breast..With a few long necks a great meal in deed..
Going down good..
This is what I got at the NRA shin dig last night..Jan Won a .357 Ruger wheel gun..She has won a gun for the past 3 years..Lucky B-ocht..
They all shoot well ..

Good job! |
Lol.....I cut the lemon in half, loosened up the skin on the breast, rubbed the meat with the lemon and left the halves under the skin...hence - MOMMA chicken. The carrot...well....they're a couple...take it from there. No gay chickens around here...

Whats up with the rest of you guys |
I cooked today, but was less than motivated when i got up this morning. So i can officially be placed in last place.
I smoked a spatch cocked bird that was bathed in some italian dressing. Then rubbed and smoked with apple/maple wood. It didnt look good so i didnt take pics. Although it ate just fine.
What was working against me was hosting my daughters 3rd birthday party yesterday. I just wasnt up to making a big deal out of dinner and taking pics, did to much of that yesterday.
Sorry. |
