K...guess someone has to start off...here's the hetero chickens. All that talk about the gay chicken had me a lil skeered... Confused

Here's the ingredients and the rubbed chickens...

Cavendar's, Paprika, Olive Oil, Cajun Seasonings, Italian Seasonings, Lemon, Carrot (Not pictured...forgot. Embarassed ).

Momma Chicken...

Poppa Chicken...

Smoked Momma...

Smoked Poppa...

Grilled Pineapple with Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, & Pineapple Juice Glaze...

Also smoked some Sweet Potato slices, with a Butter, Honey, Cinnamon Glaze, but forgot to take cooking pics... Embarassed

Plated up with some white & dark meat, grilled pineapple and smoked Sweet potato's. The lemon put under the skin imparted a refreshing smokey lemon taste throughout the meat. MMMMMMMMM-mmm

Here's the obligatory Monitor breaking Game Face... Confused Rolling Eyes

Looks like we're off to a great start. Looks mighty tasty. I've got 2 questions. How did you apply the lemon under the skin and where did the carrot fit in? Just curious?
Good job!

Ok guys, here is my entry. "Franken Chicken" is in the house!

I'm pulling no punches...
"Franken Chicken" The creation in HD video!

Ingredients: 1 Yardbird, Black forest ham, Garlic & Herb cheese, Jack Daniels honey Dijon Mustard, butter, Franks RedHot, Zesty Italian dressing, brown sugar, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash seasoning, Pineapple juice, McCormick's Sweet & Smoky Rub and Yoshida’s.

Rolled up garlic & herb cheese and some JD Dijon Honey mustard in two slices of Black Forest ham. This is then inserted into a cavity within each chicken breast - Chicken Cordon Bleu!

Injecting butter mixed with Frank's RedHot into the wings - Buffalo Wings!

Injecting Yoshida and Pineapple Juice into the thighs and legs - Teriyaki Yadbird!

Mopped it with melted butter, Zesty Italian dressing, dusted it with garlic powder and put on some McCormick's Sweet & Smoky rub. Followed this up with some brown sugar and Mr. Dash.

Franken Chicken is placed in the cooker to smoke it to life. 180 degrees for 1 hour to get more smoke on it then 230 degrees until chicken reached 165 degrees.

Franken Chicken is done! And is smelling mighty tasty about now!

Franken Chicken is carved and plated up. Look at that Ham and Cheese stuffing! We have Chicken Cordon Bleu, Buffalo Wings and Teriyaki yardbird all in one package I call "Franken Chicken" Total prep & cook time approximetly 4.5 hours.

Now the game face to strike fear into my opponents. Laughing

Lol.....I cut the lemon in half, loosened up the skin on the breast, rubbed the meat with the lemon and left the halves under the skin...hence - MOMMA chicken. Wink The carrot...well....they're a couple...take it from there. Twisted Evil Razz Razz No gay chickens around here... Razz Laughing Laughing

Thanks guys. I've been sitting here waiting to see BluzQue pony up a yard bird. Hmmm.... Wonder where it is? Rolling Eyes

Got a video coming of the "Franken Chicken" creation. Fugured I lay some blues guitar down as a soundtrack so BluzQue can watch in terror yet enjoy some good blues as he dries off from all that rain. Laughing

Where are all the yardbirds?
