Hey. I'm from Texas and am a very inexperienced bbq'r. I just bought a Char Griller 5050 (the Duo) and am going to be getting the Side Fire Box soon. I'm looking forward to using this site and becoming a GRILL MASTER! I would also like to thank all of you in advance for the help I know I will receive and for the patience that will be required to give it and put up with my questions haha!
