Lets have a "CHICKEN" Throwdown.
Sign up from 4-23 thru 4-30.
Entries 5-1 and 5-2.
Voting 5-3 to cinco de mayo with the winner announced on 5-6.

Q-it, grill it, brine it, stuff it, sauce it, shred it, de-bone it, spatchcock it, rub it just get signed up and cook it. Anything goes.

Killswich and polock are in. I figured more people would have signed up by now, there must be alot of chickens in the ring. They all must be afraid of the smackin they know their gonna get.

Fine! Be that way then! I was planning on moving on to my first set of ribs, but nooooo, you had to toss down the gauntlet for chickens, so, why not? Guess I'm in, I'll make cook number 3 MORE chickens...
