| Just picked up 67 lbs of brisket from the local supplier. $1.43\lb, plenty to practice with and use for the competition in June. This weekend is my first brisket adventure, pics will be posted. |

67 pounds???? You must have quite a freezer!! Looking forward to seeing the pics of the cook. Good luck. I am still working on the best brisket technique. I like the flavor I end up with, but they are a bit dry. _________________ Vertical Offset

If I could get brisket for that price, I'd be able to take the savings and buy another freezer! _________________ WSM 22.5"

Here's the beef!!! There's 5 whole briskets and 2 that I cut up into smaller pieces. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for the get together I planned to have today so these will stay frozen for another week.
