I am about to break out my Char-Griller out of the Garage for the season. Any issues with Mold or issues etc I should be aware of before I smoke? _________________ Drinker with a Golf Problem

What kickassbbq said.
Even though the weather really wasn't right for smoking in Jan and Feb, I still did enough grilling on the Char-Griller to keep the cobwebs out of it. _________________ When the girl behind the counter said they

| I have noticed the seasoning flakes and falls off, probably from the metal contracting in the cold weather, I brush it out. I don't want little black flakes on my food. |

Hmm, I kinda have the same thoughts as above!
Take her out of the garage while you apologize in a tender voice. Open her up and brush the crap out of the insides, and then rinse her out.
After that start a SMALL fire inside to dry it out, then spray some Pam or EVOO all over the inside and reseason at a medium-high heat (300 or so).
Should be good to go from there.
