I've been reading posts about ribs. Most mention the 3-2-1 method, but nobody really says what the "3-2-1" means.
I'm guessing 3 hours in the smoke, 2 hours wrapped, and an hour resting? Am I close? LOL
Thanks,

skeels01, your real close. The last hr is unwrapped and back on the smoker to firm up the ribs. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

I thought it was 3hrs listing to wife nag, 2 hrs yelling at the kids and 1 hr drinking alone
To be honest, I'm glad you asked, I haven't used the 3 2 1 for quite a while |
