AWESOME bark on that pork. I guess by the time it was done, the temp & smoke had mellowed the heat. I'll take half a rack with a little of each sauce and a pp sammie to go, please Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Great looking food there Slick Steve. Ya can't go wrong with my man "ZZ". And I love the pork puller, although they say if your too old to pull your own pork Rolling Eyes it's time to hang up your tongs. Embarassed

Looks like a great cook. Love that bark.
I never seen ribs done that way. Looks like a good way to make the most out of real estate.

I did not see if you installed any mods on the chargriller.....Can you enlighten a semi-rookie?
