AWESOME bark on that pork. I guess by the time it was done, the temp & smoke had mellowed the heat. I'll take half a rack with a little of each sauce and a pp sammie to go, please  _________________ Propane is for frying, not Que!

Great looking food there Slick Steve. Ya can't go wrong with my man "ZZ". And I love the pork puller, although they say if your too old to pull your own pork it's time to hang up your tongs.  _________________ My memory isn't good enough to lie.

Looks like a great cook. Love that bark.
I never seen ribs done that way. Looks like a good way to make the most out of real estate.
