First I want to say thanks to all the members of this board. I have spent many hours reading all of the great BBQ info yall have posted. It is truly Awesome.

First here is my old pit.

Now here is my new Pit.

I Cooked 1 rack of spares and 1 rack of baby backs. I prefer spare ribs but the store only had 1 rack. Oh I alos through a chuck roast on.

Now here is the pron all ready to eat. I used my own rub and glazing recipe. smoked the the ribs for 5 to 6 hours using pecan.I cooked them until they almost broke in half when I picked them up with my tongs using the bend method. Boy were they good.

Uncle!! UNCLE! I GIVE!
I'm overdosing on Q PRON! Laughing Laughing Laughing

That's a little brute of an offset you have there, Scandude! Look at the size of that firebox! That thing could keep a full cooker running at speed inside the Arctic Circle! Laughing

And those ribs look f-bomb'ing fantastic! YIKES!

Cheers! Very Happy

Those ribs look spot on Scandude! Just the way I like them. Cool looking pit too! Looks like its going to last a lifetime!

How big is the cook chamber? How much can that thing hold? It looks like the perfect size for backyard cooks...not too big or small. I really like the shelf that runs over the firebox! Awesome.

Thanks for all the compliments it helps my male ego lol. I really do like this pit. Gator pits called this pit the backyard classic. I upgraded the pipe from 20" to 24" .THe cooking chamber is approximatly 30-32" by 24". I sure hope it lasts a life time.
