hello fellow "q"aholics. im chris. raised in the ms delta but live south of meridian now. currently i just use a charbroil with a sidebox from lowes. currently in a very slow process of building my first build. without a dought it will be a RF smoker on a trailer. may have to take some ideas from k.a.m. lol. iv done some compeating in SMALL backyard comps and have done pretty well in the past. a few years ago i did throw together a block smoker a day before a fathers day and after using a water pan to keep the temp steady it smokes some awsome ribs. still use it when go home to the parents. i make my own rub and sauce. i should really say a rib mop since its so thin. love the memphis style "q". no other is better! lol
