Well Sunday morning was not as relaxing as I had hoped. I woke up to clogged drains. I ended up having to rent a 50 foot power snake and climb up on the roof so we could go through a vent pipe. I had tried other routes with a smaller snake and had no luck.
Anyway all was well by mid afternoon. Shortly before 1pm I got my chuck roast on. Shortly after that I had a hankering for some ABTs (actually it was after looking at this post) so I went to the store for the fixins.
The roast was on for a while when I thew the ABTs together and got them on.
Here they are a while later looking happy!
ABTs came out good
After having a few ABTs I decided to make some ABB & G. Atomic Buffalo Biscuits & Gravy!
The ABB & G was great! My son loved it too.
The pulled beef turned out good as well!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! _________________ Camp Chef Pro90 Stove w/ Griddle

Looks great! ABB & G is something else I have to add to my list of things to try. This list is getting pretty long. I better get busy.

Thanks for all of the kind words everyone!
The beef did turn out pretty well. It didn't fall apart, but it was very good! The ABT biscuits & gravy I will do again for sure. Unfortunately the biscuits were canned, not homemade Jarhead.
I just got home from a friends house. He called me and said "I got in a fight with my fruit trees... and they lost."
I picked up what I could fit in my car, mostly cherry & some apricot. I'm gonna cut it up so it will season quicker.

Beertooth your ABB+G looked delicious, and nice score on the fruit wood.
Everything looked delicious, I just happen to be a gravy nut, can't have it much anymore, so now I lick the monitor a lot. _________________ My memory isn't good enough to lie.
