Wow the food looks really yummy! The picnic has a nice bark. Never used mesquite shake from tex-joy, do you use it very much ? Wondering if it's worth a try.

Kevin,your killing me man....great looking plate,hope you enjoyed the cabbage,I think it makes a great side,but I can tell from your cook you did not need any help from anyone,great looking plate kevin...plus I think mrs k had something to do with this cook as well. Very Happy Bacon wrapped corn.....my fav. Very Happy

Thank You Robert, Very Happy I love cooking with the Apple wood, and no I have not had the opportunity to cook with Cherry yet. Roxie's sauce is the bomb Very Happy We keep it on hand quite a bit.

wow k.a.m., it all came out great! i have to do the corn next time around...did you rub the corn and put any butter or anything else on the corn before you wrapped it with the bacon?

How long do you leave the corn on the smoker...a couple hours til the bacon is crisp? Will have to try it.

Thank You BigPhil32, Very Happy The corn was only wrapped in bacon, no rub was applied.

Dan, the corn cooked about 3hr.'s They were frozen when Debbie wrapped them. I had moved the picnic to the lower rack and put the ABT's and corn on the top rack. The corn was in the middle and the ABT's around them. As the ABT's finished first I moved the corn to the outer edge of the rack to crisp up the bacon.
