Just about all store bought sauce gives me heartburn to some extent.
Except Mauls and Jack Daniels no 7.The mauls is ok but boring.I like the Jack, but a little to sweet. Was wondering if anyone else has the same issues and any suggestions for store bought or homemade?

If you're having a problem, I'd suggest a visit to your family doctor. Reflux isn't something to mess around with...plus you can get some good scrips to take care of it!

Ketchup seems be the only thing that tears me up,plus not really into the medicating myself if I don't have to.

That's cool. I will say that reflux doesn't fall under the category of "I don't medicate myself if there's no reason."

Reflux certainly is a reason.

A friend of mine burned a hole in his esophagus. Stomach acid pouring out into your body cavity isn't pretty.

That's a worst-case-scenario, but a very true story.

Occasional heartburn is one thing, but if you're having a problem just be sure to have it checked out.

Best of luck.
