IMO, in order to accurately scale your rub and sauce recipes you will first need to convert your volume measurements to weight measurements. Once you've done that, scaling them up and down is easy.

Me too, if 1 tsp =1 oz and you want to 10x it. It would be a whole lot easier to weigh it. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

I would make up an Excel spreadsheet to do the calculations. If you're no good at that type of stuff, a computer-savvy friend should be able to do this in a few minutes. _________________ Jimmie Ohio
