just wondering if using a foodsaver inrease the speed of curing meat for bbb and canadian bacon?

Not sure what you mean, are you thinking because of the false hype about vacuuming allowing it to work quicker?

I think I will just stay with the tried, proven and SAFE method. That way I have a better chance of waking up tomorrow. Wink
