Hey Ringers....so i smoked a bone in pork shoulder and a small brisket yesterday and made nikki a V-Day treat......did something tonight with the leftovers..can't take credit for it (thanks Mr. Mojo Risin'), but i sure did use the idea...see below....

Brisket...

Bone in pork shoulder...forgot to charge the batteries, so no photos of it pulled...sorry!!!

Ok...so a couple of weeks ago i made some Turds In A Blanket with some left over ABT's....so, i made these Pulled Pork Pockets and Brisket Pockets as well tonight...thanks again Mr. Mojo Risin'!!!!!

These were dang good!!!!

Chopped brisket...

Crescent rolls left in rectangles...

Added some cream cheese...

Addes PP and brisket...and then some grated cheese...

Folded...and added some Tiger Sauce...

Pulled from the oven after 10 minutes at 375...brushed them with melted butter and some garlic...put them back in the oven for 3 minutes...

Done!!! They were REALLY good with the cream cheese....this was our dinner tonight...

Last night i made some chocolate covered strawberries for nikki...she LOVED them...

Thanks for looking...hope you enjoyed it as much as we did...
