Rib roast looks awesomw!!!! as does everything else. Rib roast is gonna have to go on my list of gotta smoke one!

@ k.a.m. - hey kevin, good to hear from you as always...the roast was amazing, and i was really pleased with it as it was my first one..it was delicious and i will have to do one again soon...please tell debbie hi for me...hope both of you are doing well..

@38tom - thanks for the nice words....all of it was might tasty...yes, you need to smoke a rib eye roast....you WILL LOVE IT!!!! especially if you can find it for $3.99 per pound!!!

IMHO rib eye is the best!!!!!!...when i go to my local butcher i spend the extra money for steaks and get the rib eyes.....ya baby!!!!! Cool
