If there are any Tulsa area Ringers who would be interested in helping with the Bixby CBJ class, your assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. T-Bone, Don, and I will be cooking and Merl is teaching the class.

It's being held again at the Bixby Community Center. We could use some help trimming meats on Friday night, as well as building boxes and maybe a few table captains for Saturday. We usually have a pretty good time Friday night, and refreshments will probably be available. Wink

. Whats the weather supposed to be like there, any idea yet?

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express at 9010 E 71st street in Tulsa. Ya have any ideas on where one can get a good steak or any other GOOD place to eat supper at? Someplace within 15 minutes or so of hotel.

Update:

66 people enrolled in the class. That's 11 tables of judges, 3 turn-in boxes from each meat category. That's 33 boxes to fill and have ready every 30 mins...132 boxes to garnish. Shocked
