Either make 8 batches and add them together... or multiply the ingredient list by 8 and make one bigger batch, you might look at the method you put it together, if you have one strong flavor that comes over the top of all the others, you could put the rest of it together first, then add 4 x that ingredient, and see how it comes together, then if it's not there, add 2 x that ingredient, then 1 then 1 to get to the 8 times of that ingredient.

1 c. This
1/2 c. That
1 Tbsp. The Other
1/4 tsp. Something else
Want to quadruple the recipe? Multiply everything by 4.
4 c. This
2 c. That
1/4 c. The Other
1 tsp. Something else.
It really helps to know some simple conversions...like there are 3 tsp. in 1 Tbsp........4 Tbsp. make a 1/4 cup. Then when your big recipe says "16 Tbsp" of one ingredient you know that you can simply change that to "1 c." _________________ Somewhere in Kenya...a village is missing their idiot. |
