Newbie in Louisiana

A friend got me hooked on the site a few months age. I've been lurking and trying to absorb as much as I can before I build my first off set smoker. I'm in the collecting stage recently got my hands on a 150 gallon propane tank and half of another one for the firebox. I also have access to a 125 gallon propane tank not sure the dimensions on that one yet.

I hope to start my build soon but I'll have to enlist the help of friends since I don't have a welder.
