Like to say hey, from NH. I've built pig cookers for people, and have worked on smokers, welding and fabricating. I've wanted to build my own for some time, and am gonna pull the trigger on a couple this year. I've lurked around on here for a long time, and am so impressed with the information and experience that is posted. Looking forward to learning some more, and maybe even contributing. Scott.
