Planning on doing a couple of chickens tomorrow with the beer brine posted above. I would kinda like to sleep in tomorrow and was wondering, can you make the brine up ahead of time, like the night before, refrigerate it and use it in the morning. Or would it be better to make the brine up the night before and place the chicken in over night, then cook the next day? Any help would be appreciated.

I prefer to brine overnight, don't know why you could'nt mix up ahead of time except for needing time to actually let brine long enough. Hope that helps Smile
