I told you I wanted to judge, so here we go.
Girl on left:
Appearance - 8
Tenderness - 9
Taste - ?
Girl on right:

Wait, on second thought, both are DQ. There are not six "separate and identifiable" samples. And they both seem to be "forming their meat"; clear violations of KCBS rules. |
LMAO! I never thought about it but you're right! There is definitely some sculpting of the meat going on.

Right you are Mr. P but in case you haven't noticed, I'm wearing my organizer hat. Not being allowed to cook my own comp, I left the pitmaster hat at home.
