Here's an excel spreadsheet and an open office one, for how to read your score sheet from a KCBS contest.

Input your chicken scores in the chicken section, the ribs to the ribs section, etc.

The sheet will do the calculations for you, then remove the low score, and post the total for each category and a grand total for the contest.

If this were a Guinness commercial, I would say "brilliant". Wink

Thanks for taking the time to compile this. I'm sure it will be most helpful for both actual score tracking and various "what if" scenarios.

Thanks Soezzy - that's awesome - I wish KCBS would update their print outs at comps - man they must be using some old software or something - LOL - but something like this from them would be very cool. Much appreciated!

Thanks SoEzzy. I haven't done any comps yet and probably won't for another year. It is nice to see what is weighted more in the final score.
