Can any one here tell the difference if their brisket was cut with a $20 or a $3000 dollar knife. Very Happy Very Happy

I have a kershaw santuko myself. That thing gets used a lot by me and all its ever needed is a few passes on the steel. Sweet knife and a great score for you.
