Peacn smoke goes nicely with rabbit Shocked Embarassed Wrong tread Laughing Looks pretty good to me for the first time out.
I as looking at your grill setup if you cover the unused portion of the charcoal grate with aluminum foil to seal it off it will give you much better air control to the fire. it will duct the in coming air to the base of the fire and fire is a bottom feeder. Also start use the Minion method to start the fire, light up 8 briquettes and place them on top of the lump you should get about 5 hrs at 240 deg before you need to add any fuel.

Those look nice from here. Who don't like sticky fingers? I would definitely take a rack of those.

Very Nice! Very Happy

Looks like you did a fine job to me!

Now about the flagstone and charcoal chimneys... Don't set it on top a landscape stones, concrete, or anything else of the sort... They tend to crack and sometimes explode! Shocked Shocked Shocked Not that I know from first hand, bloody shin experience or anything... Laughing

Keep up the good work and I look forward to more pics of future cooks!

I have a nice, perfectly round patch in my driveway about the size of a Weber chimney. My wife was out front when it exploded and blew my lit lump all over the driveway . . .
