Nice to see that it appears to be snowing and it hasn't stopped you - We've just got a load of snow this morning in London but I think I'll be firing up the Weber after work tonight! |

It was amazing, skin was crisp but could have been a bit crisper. I think it's cause I could only get it up to 350sih for about 25 minutes before the chicken was done. A little more time would have helped. The meat was super moist and juicy though.
Hopefully I am building a barrel smoker this weekend and can give this another go then. |

I wish I could have done a better job and I should have used my digital camera and not my cell phone to take all these pics.
Next cook I'll try and get some better shots. |
