Hey everyone from Manhattan, KS. I cook on a Traeger 075 Texas Grill. I love to Q. I am thinking of doing a couple comps this year, if I can get the nerve up. I am also thinking of getting a green egg or WSM this year also. I have been reading the forums for a month or so now, but just now posting.
