You can set up your prep area inside. In fact it was too warm for me in there last year when I would go in there to get water or visit some. You dont' have to pay for your registration until friday night at the cooks meeting. It was a blast last year. We stayed in our tents and done fine. Had to coffee pot going for whoever wanted some. Like Stu's comment. Was cold for sure. Hope to see you there. _________________ Lang 84 delux

Naughty Nurse. You can go onto the Winter Q sight on the event page of the KCBS and click on the website for it. You can then down load the entry form from there and send it in then. Firefighter_Chris will be looking forward to meeting you there. I will be there cooking. Sent my entry in this week. Be looking forward to seeing a lot of you there. Have your warm clothes for sure. The coffee will be on for sure. _________________ Lang 84 delux

I usually drink beer at temps near freezing and when the beer starts to freeze in my hand I just put it in the pit for a few minutes. No big deal.
I've done it you'll be fine just plan on bad gas mileage through the cook. _________________ Beer doesn't make you fat it makes you lean...lean against tables,poles,walls....
