Hey everyone, thanks for being a great site. I found the smoke ring when trying to find out where to buy a grill I had seen somewhere and I'm starting to learn a lot.
I am primarily a griller but want to get started with some smoking too. I just bought a Brinkmann Dual Zone Professional charcoal grill and might need to make some adaptations to make it into a smoker.
Hello to everyone and I look forward to learning from you all.

Hi Al! I have one of these too, the amount of information for these grills is almost non-existent.
I set up a owners forum just for these grills as I found almost nothing about these grills. It is just a forum for the Brinkmann Dual Zone Professional (sams club model) and the similiar Professional sold at Lowe's. It is not a BBQ/Grilling website - there's already enough of those, and thesmokering is awesome at being that already
You can find the Brinkmann Dual Zone forum at http://www.grilltalk.net |
